In these Contract, unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary, the following words and expressions shall bear the meaning hereinafter assigned to them:

2.1. This Privacy Policy includes various consents and permissions provided by you to Rakoma Travel in respect of the your Personal Information;
2.2. Kindly note that you agree (by using this Website) to the Privacy Policy in force at the time that you enter into the Agreement with Rakoma Travel and that the Privacy Policy shall remain applicable thereafter, subject to reasonable amendments by Rakoma Transport and logistics from time to time;
2.3. By creating this Privacy Policy we confirm that weendeavour at all times to comply with all laws and regulations providing for privacy including, but not limited to, the South African Constitution of 1996 and that we at all times seek to ensure the quality, accuracy and confidentiality of Personal Information in our possession;
2.4. In addition thereto we seek to ensure that all Personal Information is processed in terms of South African law.

3. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME IS COLLECTED, STORED, PROCESSED AND TRANSMITTED AND HOW IS THAT INFORMATION USED?

3.1. Personally Identifiable Information:

3.1.1. We collect, store, process and transmit information that you enter into this Website or that you voluntarily provide to our Rakoma Consultants. For example, when you initiate an Enquiry and make a Booking, we collect and store some or all of the following personally identifiable information that you provide, including but not limited to your name, billing address, physical address, email address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date;
3.1.2. This information is used to provide the Services that you have requested, confirm bookings and place reservations relating to travel, accommodation and/or other service requirements;
3.1.3. The information may however also be used for our own marketing and internal business purposes, and to contact you about special offers and new site features, unless you have affirmatively opted out of receiving promotional communications in connection with this Website by sending us a notification to this effect. These terms apply equally to information supplied in this manner;
3.1.4. You may also provide us information falling within this category in User Content you post to the Website.

3.2.1. We collect and store certain other non-personally identifiable information automatically whenever you interact with this Website. For example, we collect your IP address, browser information and reference site domain name every time you visit this Website;
