In these Contract, unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary, the following words and expressions shall bear the meaning hereinafter assigned to them:

2.1. This Privacy Policy includes various consents and permissions provided by you to Rakoma Travel in respect of the your Personal Information;

Kindly note that you agree (by using this Website) to the Privacy Policy in force at the time that you enter into the Agreement with Rakoma Travel and that the Privacy Policy shall remain applicable thereafter, subject to reasonable amendments by Rakoma Transport and logistics from time to time;
2.3. By creating this Privacy Policy we confirm that weendeavour at all times to comply with all laws and regulations providing for privacy including, but not limited to, the South African Constitution of 1996 and that we at all times seek to ensure the quality, accuracy and confidentiality of Personal Information in our possession;
2.4. In addition thereto we seek to ensure that all Personal Information is processed in terms of South African law.
3. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME IS COLLECTED, STORED, PROCESSED AND TRANSMITTED AND HOW IS THAT INFORMATION USED?

3.1.1. We collect, store, process and transmit information that you enter into this Website or that you voluntarily provide to our Rakoma Consultants. These terms apply equally to information supplied in this manner;
